We encourage you to be careful when sending rewards to an email address other than your default. If you make a mistake, we'll do the best we can to resolve the issue.
If you are a validated member, it's likely already delivered to the address you requested. However, you may be able to change the address by emailing Tango Card at email@example.com. Please include all information you can, such as the address you sent it to, new address, time, value, reward type, etc.
If you are not a validated member, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll see if we can switch the reward to the correct email address before it is sent out.
